Among them, Exhibition Hall 1 does not have a basement, with a total floor area of 4.8㎡, a building height of 27m, a plane projection size of 80m×112m, consisting of multi-storey auxiliary rooms on the south and north sides, 26,000 m2 single-storey pillarless large exhibition hall, and a giant streamer on the north side, of which the large exhibition hall has a columnless span of 72m and a net height of 16m. And in the 8 axis, 22 axis, 36 axis set up 3 activity partition, to meet the large exhibition hall can be separated and combined flexible operation requirements. The exhibition hall building scheme integrates the continuous and scattered roof elements of Shaoxing Water Town buildings. The roofs of 6 similar units tilt from east to west and are rhythmically staggered. The roof slope is 9.5% and the vertical staggered height is 6m.
The metal roof system in Hall 1 adopts baseplane-purlin separation bearing structure, the baseplate adopts 1.2mm thick steel bearing plate, the perforation rate is 25%, the span is 4.5m, and it is playing on the upper surface of the secondary beam of the steel roof. Structural layers, such as sound absorption, heat preservation, steam insulation and TPO coil, are laid on the bottom plate and supported by the bottom plate. Roof purlins are suspended above the structural layer through purlins, and only support the vertical locking metal roof plate. The standard structure of the metal roof in Hall 1 is shown in the figure above.

丨Capital Museum
The New Capital Museum (hereinafter referred to as Shoubo New Museum) is a modern large-scale cultural facility facing the 21st century in Beijing. Shoubo New Museum is located in the southwest of Baiyun Road, Fuxingmen Street, Beijing, with three floors underground and six floors above ground, and a construction area of about 61,800 square meters. It is currently the largest local comprehensive museum building in China and one of the landmark buildings of Beijing in the new century. Shoubo New Museum is a rectangular building plan with a length of 168m from east to west and a depth of 89m from north to south. The roof eaves are 12m on the east, west and south sides, and 21m on the north side facing Chang 'an Avenue. The building is a Class I high-rise building, seismic design class II, fire resistance grade 1, engineering design service life of 100 years.
(1) Steel roof structure In order to minimize the self-weight of the roof structure, the Shoubo new Hall steel roof truss adopts a large number of light rectangular square steel tubes formed by hot process, with a cross-section of 80mm×80 mm ~ 300 mm×300 mm and a wall thickness of 4mm ~ 16mm. The 18 main trusses all use 300mm×300mm hot forming light square steel pipes with wall thickness of 16mm. The upper and lower chord rods of the steel truss are made of rectangular steel tubes with a maximum cross-section size of 300mm×500mm×16mm. The belly rods of the truss are made of double-trough sections. The horizontal and vertical support systems are set between the trusses to strengthen the overall stiffness of the roof.
(2) Steel platform structure The east facade of the Shoubo New Museum is a frame of nearly 2000 square meters (58m×34m) - point-supported glass curtain wall. In order to enhance its overall wind resistance and horizontal seismic resistance, the curtain wall structural support system of steel frame structure is designed on the inside of the curtain wall, which takes into account the horizontal traffic between vertical floors and inside floors. The system has six layers: round steel column material is Q345-B, Φ600×20 welded steel pipe, rectangular steel column material is Q345, the maximum section of 300mm×600mm×20mm, steel beams are welded I-section steel, the maximum section is 700mm×300mm×20mm. The total height of the frame steel column is 34.7m, which is processed and installed in 4 sections. 45 full penetration bevel-butt welds are used between the columns, the upper and lower flange bevelings of the main beam and the end steel leg of the column are welded, the web is connected by high-strength bolts, and the main beam and secondary beam are connected by high-strength bolts of the web. The amount of steel used in the east steel platform of Shoubo is about 800t.

丨Zhejiang Haoxite Large Bridge
The main bridge of Haoxi Large Bridge in Lishui, Zhejiang Province is a 208m span butterfly-steel composite bridge. The bridge is constructed with beam first and arch later and cable suspension. The steel arch system consists of main and secondary arch ribs, their connecting rods and wind braces, and the main beam lattice system consists of main longitudinal beams, beams and orthogonal-steel bridge panels. In order to balance the thrust of the steel arch system in the bridge state, the external interchangeable cable tie bar is installed in each main longitudinal beam. Each lifting point is equipped with two galvanized parallel steel wire finished slings, and the upper and lower parts are anchored by fork pin shaft.
In the steel arch system, the height of the subarch rib is 37.5m, the calculated span is 206m, the ratio of the sagittal span is 1/5.493, the arch axis is parabola, and the inclination is 15°. The secondary arch rib adopts rectangular section, 1.5m high, 1.5m wide and 20mm thick. The cross-sectional layout of the main bridge is shown in the figure above.

The entire structure is made of zinc, forming a dense quadruple junction crystal, which forms a barrier on the steel plate and thus effectively prevents the penetration of corrosion factors. Corrosion resistance The barrier layer from zinc provides strong protection. When zinc is sacrificed for protection in the cut edges, scratches and abrasion parts of the coating, zinc forms an insoluble oxide layer, which acts as a barrier protection.

The workshop area of 8800 square meters, the use of cold formed steel roof. The roof structure is composed of 30m span roof frame, 12m span skylight frame, windscreen frame, support and bracket. The roof plate is galvanized corrugated plate. The roof truss, skylight frame, air baffle, and support are all cold-formed thin-walled square steel pipes or C-shaped steel or Z-shaped steel. The main pipe sections are 160mm x 4mm, 140mm x 120mm x 3mm, 120mm x 100mm x 3mm. 12m bracket member adopts hot-rolled Angle steel. An on-site inspection carried out in 1996 (30 years after completion) found that the roof was structurally in good condition.

The workshop is 30m two-span, column distance is 6m, each span is set up 20t intermediate working crane. The steel roof structure is composed of 30m anti-trapezoidal roof truss, 12m trapezoidal skylight frame, purlins and supports. Structural rods and purlins are made of cold-formed thin-walled rectangular steel pipes (welded from cold-formed C-type steel) and C-shaped steel, the main specifications of welded square rectangular pipes are 180mm×120mm×4.5mm, 160mm×100mm×4.5mm, 120mm×100mm×4.5mm and 100mm×100mm×4.5mm. Single weight of roof truss 2.6t. The plant structure was built in 1993 and has been in good condition ever since.

The roof truss of the pilot project is 24m trapezoidal roof truss, and the rods are made of domestic cold-formed square (rectangular) steel pipe, and the material is SM50B steel. The upper chord section is 150mm×150mm×4mm, the lower chord section is 120mm×80mm×4mm, the belly rod is 120mm×80mm×4mm, 80mm×80mm×4mm, 60mm×60mm×4mm. The theoretical steel used for the roof truss is 1.26t, which saves about 40% of steel compared with the traditional Angle steel roof truss. The production time can be reduced by 16% and the cost can be saved by about 20%.

丨Suzhou Zhoushi residential project "three board" structural stairs
With the increasing use of prefabricated "three-panel" structure, the prefabricated stair board is generally hoisted behind the first floor of the structure, so a side hole is formed in the stair part, and the operation frame for the construction of the protection frame and wall panel is set up. The steel pipe fastening system or disc fastening system is used directly to set up the frame body. After the construction of this floor is completed, all stairs should be removed before hoisting. After the hoisting of the stair board is completed, it needs to be set up again on the upper floor. This construction method is slow, low efficiency and high labor cost. The construction technology of the operation platform in the stair part of the three-panel structure can not only effectively protect the stair entrance and improve the construction safety, but also be used as the operation frame for the construction of the upper wall panel and reduce the cost.
The construction technology uses 60mm×40mm×3mm square steel pipe as the frame support, the platform part uses 50mm×40mm×2.5mm square steel pipe @300 as the cross bar, the surface layer is laid with 15mm thick plywood, and the square pipe is firmly fixed by using self-tapping screws. The size of the frame is slightly smaller than the size of the hole, which is convenient for the transport of the tower crane. The erection height is 1.2m above the building level. When hoisting the stair board, use the tower crane to lift the operating platform to the upper floor. After the stair board is installed, lift it back to the stair opening again. This method not only can effectively achieve the protective effect of the stair entrance, but also can be used as an operating platform during the construction of wall panels. In high-rise construction, only one floor of the operation platform can be used repeatedly until the main structure is completed. The construction speed is faster, the efficiency is improved, and the reuse effectively reduces the labor cost. The schematic diagram of the prefabricated operation platform is shown in the figure above.
