丨Large reciprocating roller coaster
A certain type of large reciprocating roller coaster produced by a factory in China is a class of sliding amusement facilities. The roller coaster is innovative and contains two forms of extreme speed movement, forward and reverse, in one movement cycle. The equipment, as shown in the figure above, can be roughly divided into mechanical systems, electrical control systems and power systems. Among them, the mechanical system mainly includes: train, track, column, platform, etc.; Electrical control and power control systems mainly include drive control, detection, emergency, lifting systems and so on.
Mechanical system: The train consists of seven independent car bodies, four people per car, the first six cars have the freedom to glide independently, and the two cars are connected by the universal connection shaft. The car body is composed of chassis, bridge assembly, wheel set, seat and safety mechanism. The chassis is a thin steel plate and profile welded frame structure with high stiffness and light weight. The track is composed of running track and lifting track, using Φ140mm seamless steel pipe, support pipe using Φ325mm seamless steel pipe, each end of the track is connected by circular flanges. The column adopts Φ420mm steel pipe to ensure the overall speed and stability of the track, and the column near the platform adopts 400mm×400mm square pipe support. The platform is welded with light steel structure, and the countertop is laid with non-slip pattern steel plate. The length of the platform area is about 19m, slightly longer than the length of the vehicle.

The loading section of the track is supported by approximately equilateral triangular steel pipes, the track spacing is 900mm, and the distance between the two adjacent sleepers is 800mm. The track tube and the support tube are round tubes, and square tubes are used to connect the two track tubes, and the connecting tubes of the track tube and the support tube are also square tubes. Small round pipes are used to connect the square pipes, round pipes are used to support the square pipes and adjacent sections, and the rail pipes connected directly above the column are square pipes. Return brake and platform section. Between the diving section and the first vertical ring, between the second vertical ring and the horseshoe ring, at the lowest point of the horseshoe ring, the four long spiral rings and the long spiral rings before the return station are two track tubes without support tubes. The last spiral column before returning to the station is connected to the column of the lifting section by a round tube, and the I-steel is connected under the track of the lifting section.
