丨Liuzi Canal bridge site arch + hanging beam form of steel structure greenhouses
The site of Liuzi Canal Bridge is square in shape, with a plane size of about 39.1m×34.9m. The absolute elevation of the foundation pit bottom is 28.950m, and the absolute elevation of the four corners is 33.790×34.600m. The foundation pit of the site mainly includes the slope culture layer and the north and south piers. Stone road and other remains. At the same time, there is a Song Dynasty river on the west side of the foundation pit, covered with glass ceiling, as shown in the above picture.
The new steel structure greenhouse adopts steel frame structure, as shown below, with 2 floors on the ground and no basement. The total construction area is about 5575.20m2, the total height of the building is 15.012m, and the elevation of ±0.000 is 35.400m.
Above the foundation pit of the site is a hanging beam 45m and a steel structure canopy. The relative position relationship between the original site and the new steel structure is shown in the figure below. The whole structure is composed of 4 diagonal columns. Among them, two large-section columns form the main arch (1600mm×900mm×60mm square steel, Q460B material), and the other two small-section inclined columns form the supporting arch (900mm×600mm×35mm square steel, Q355B material). The main arch falls behind the overhanging side and forms a complete force system with the supporting arch, as shown in the figure above.
