The temperature of the glass greenhouse is generally determined according to the characteristics of the specific indoor flowers and vegetables, but the glass greenhouse must have the functions of cold resistance, heat storage, antifreeze, moisture removal and cooling, the maximum temperature in summer from July to August is less than 20℃, and the minimum temperature in winter from December to February is greater than or equal to 20℃. As shown in the figure above, according to the use characteristics of the greenhouse, in the design process of the greenhouse, the main factors that need to be considered are indoor temperature and humidity control, manufacturing costs, service life and other factors. To this end, under the premise of meeting the strength, stiffness and service life, the skeleton of the entire greenhouse is made of light steel structure, the roof beam is made of hot galvanized steel pipe, the top window frame is made of light aluminum alloy, the column spacing is 9.6m, the height is 6m, and the column material is 100mm×50mm×2.5mm square tube. A lattice beam with a height of 1.45m and a length of 9.6m is installed at the top of the column. The lattice beam is welded by upper and lower arcs (50mm×30mm×2.5mm square tube) and diagonal braces (20mm×20mm×1.2mm square tube). The whole lattice beam is hot-dip galvanized after welding. The water tank is rolled by 2.5mm thick steel plate. In addition to being used for drainage, it is also used for walking for maintenance and snow removal. The top and sides of the greenhouse are all covered with flat glass with a thickness of 5mm and a light transmittance of more than 85%, and an automatic window opening device is provided.

The thermal insulation wall and rear roof are composed of thermal insulation quilt and double-sided color steel plate, and the heat storage is made of water, replacing the heat storage medium such as brick, soil, sand and stone. The construction and disassembly are convenient, labor saving, wind resistance and pressure resistance are strong, and the construction cost is 17,300 yuan less than the traditional solar greenhouse of the same area, which is suitable for the annual production and intensive seedling cultivation of horticultural crops in Hexi Corridor and Northwest China.
The greenhouse span: 9m, the length depends on the terrain, generally 60 ~ 70m is better. Insulation cover and shed film: the column (rear wall) and the rear roof insulation cover are 5m wide, the length is the length of the greenhouse, and the thickness is 10cm (2 layers). The large-area Wenluo type light steel greenhouse structure is located in a modern agricultural demonstration park in Sichuan Province, and is currently the largest vegetable glass greenhouse structure in western China. The project is based on the introduction of Dutch advanced agricultural comprehensive technology for construction, the overall length of the structure is 320.41m, the width is 235.57m, and the coverage area is about 75,000 square meters. The structure is a continuous multi-span light portal rigid frame structure system. In the long axis, 38 trusses of light portal rigid frame with span of 8m and 2 trusses of span of 8.205m constitute the main plane loading system. In the short axis, 46 trusses of independent multi-span portal rigid frame structures form a spatial integrated structure system through tie bar + flexible support system. As shown in the above diagram, the chord of the light truss beam is composed of B60×30×2.0 rectangular tubes with specifications of S275, and the belly rod is composed of B25×25×2.0 square tubes. The portal rigid frame column is composed of B140×60×3.0/4.0/5.0 rectangular tubes of Q235 specification. Other secondary structural components include B120×60×5.0 roof purlins of grade Q235, Φ10 roof and intercolumn flexible supports of grade HRB500, and B50×50×2.0 intercolumn ties of grade Q235. The column feet of the greenhouse column members are hinged with the independent cylindrical reinforced concrete foundation through ordinary M8 cross-threading bolts, and the maximum buried depth of the foundation at different positions is not more than 1.6m.
